Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Anibel’s Bridal Boutique Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of any items from us. By placing an order or engaging in any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Payments

1.1 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order and prior to your gown being ordered.
1.2 Full Payment: The balance must be paid in full by within 14 days of your gown arriving into the boutique and prior to collection.
1.3 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers & cash payments. Payments must be cleared before the collection or delivery of your items.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Orders cancelled within 7 days of placing the order may receive a partial refund, minus 20% of the full price.

  • Ordered gowns & veils cannot be refunded or cancelled once production has begun.

2.2 Store-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-payment or lack of response from the customer. In such cases, deposits will not be refunded.

3. Alterations and Fittings

3.1 Alteration Services: Alteration costs are not included in the price of the dress.

 

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery Timescales: We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues) will be communicated promptly.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy

5.1 Refunds: Refunds are only offered for defective items or if the order cannot be fulfilled. Custom or altered items are non-refundable.
5.2 Final Sale Items: All sample or sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 Condition of Items: Customers must inspect items upon collection or delivery. We are not responsible for damages reported after this point.
6.2 Third-Party Services: We are not liable for any alterations or modifications made by third-party professionals.

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Customer Data: Your personal information is collected for appointment scheduling, order tracking, and communication purposes.
7.2 Data Sharing: We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Appointments
8.1 Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment durations or rescheduling.

9. Damages and Loss

9.1 Responsibility Post-Purchase: We are not liable for damages or loss of items once they leave our premises.
9.2 Storage Insurance: Items stored with us before collection are insured up to full value in case of damages or loss.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, supplier disruptions, or pandemics.

 

11. Dispute Resolution
